Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Injection/molding or mechanical or similar field required.
- Minimum of 8 years maintenance experience(at least 5 years as supervisor/manager experience) in a manufacturing environment.
- Pervious leadership of maintenance department resources
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs
- Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) in both Mandarin and English
Specialized Knowledge; Skills:
- PM: Professional maintenance
- FI : Focus improvement
- Other lean experience, 5G, PDCA ect.
Work Environment; Physical Demands:
- Occasional out of the ordinary work hours including during holidays
- Work environment that may be dusty, wet and noisy. High or low ambient temperatures at times.
- Some physical lifting and odd work positions may be encountered during maintenance.
