任职要求
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive business, including minimum 3 years in project management
- University degree
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Expertise in MS Office and MS Project software
- Proficiency in project management, with high analytical and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to organize and prioritize tasks, make appropriate decisions, and be comfortable in a setting where schedules and priorities change from time to time
- Strong personality to drive actively projects and achieve targets
- Advanced leadership capabilities and ability to work with all levels of organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals in a wide range of situations
- Brilliant problem solving skills, with the ability to find ways to work under pressure and make deadlines
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and suppliers, who may occasionally be difficult to deal with
- Competence in automotive standards such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DV, PV, etc.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principals
- Driving license
- Readiness for frequent trips, also abroad
- Specialization in mechanical engineering will be a plus
- Skills in using CAD and ERP software will be a plus
