职位描述
Responsibilities Include:
？ Supporting sourcing and SQE for the qualification process of metal suppliers and major focus on the process evaluation.
？ Work with cross-functional team and suppliers to participate in advance quality planning for sourcing projects.
？ Supporting SQE for the follow up of the supplier corrective action and drive the actions to completion.
？ Communicate with R&D department for the technical transfer and work with Asia supplier to use the right process to make the right products on time.
？ Lead all the cost reduction program of metal parts and driving supplier for the continuous cost reductions by process improvement, material change, re-engineering etc.

Position Requirements:
？ Combined 10 or plus years experiences in engineering for the fabrication and welding in the metal areas.
？ Experienced in supplier audit per ISO 9000, QS9000 and/or TS16949 and manufacturing process control, especially in the areas of fabrication, machining and welding etc.
？ Strong English communication ability in speaking, writing and reading.
？ Experienced for the Secure Storage Products (safes, cabinets and locks etc) is preferred.
？ Willing to travel extensively (up to 80%)
？ Academy degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or other related field.
