职位描述
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Control the processes and products qualities during NPI start up and mass-production to exceed customer’s specified standards
? Lead NPI product pre-production audit to make sure the process and product is qualified to move to mass production
? Ensure all production and inspection/testing equipment are evaluated and all new raw materials/processes/product are qualified
? Be responsible for first article inspection and periodic quality reports, further responsible for improvement in date collection and reporting system
? Work with customers on quality issues for continuous improvement, perform internal/external corrective actions as required, and compile monthly reports for preventive actions
? Participate in specified system customer audits as well as the processes affecting the product line and any end customer audit
? Generate quality procedures, instructions, checklists, control plans and quality related documents, and ensure that they are followed accordingly and guiding in the interpretation of the quality plan
? Conduct Quality and General Administration training and certification of inspectors/technicians, conduct performance appraisal and corrective actions for improved performance
? Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
? Develop and implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
? Ensure data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results.
? Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.
? Assists with development and implementation of quality audits.
? Responsible for developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
? Responsible for final first article inspection before customer FAI
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
? Bachelor degree or above is required
? Engineering or Mechanical Degree, related to Electronics, Manufacturing , Mechanical or Quality
? Strong personal communication and customer service skills, as well as previous experience in Quality and Mfg. Operation areas are a requirement
? 5+ years experience in the Electronics, be familiar with SMT and mechanical assembly process, box build
? Knowledge of Quality standards including ISO and TS, ISO 14001 policies and if familiar with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, Control Plan, SPC is prefer
? Experience in Automotive electronics or Telecom quality manufacturing preferred
? Excellent verbal, reading and writing skills in both Mandarin and English, Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Proactive, Team player, self-motivated & result-oriented.
? Fluent with Microsoft Office applications
