3C涂料销售大客户经理 /UV 销售经理

大客户经理

职位描述

1、向公司提供合理化建议权
2、有权推动产品开发立项
3、录用或解聘下属人员的权利
4．负责根据产品或企业的定位 进行大客户开发与管理的规划工作
5．负责组织大客户渠道拓展工作
6．负责组织大客户营销与市场开发工作
7．负责大客户服务与关系维护的监督与管理工作
8．负责大客户投诉处理及监督检查工作
9．负责组织建立大客户档案等工作


任职资格：

1、大专学历，至少拥有 4 年以上工业涂料行业UV光固化、塑胶漆、汽车内外饰涂料涂料销售经验；
2、具备业务知识、熟悉整个工艺及产品；
3、熟悉喷涂及自动线体；
4、成熟、稳重、稍外向；
5、具有良好的应变能力，能处理各种突发事情，擅长客户交流；

其他要求：

拥有出色的业务谈判能力并在以下模厂有过成功案例：富士康、比亚迪、劲胜、捷荣、通达、旺鑫、誉铭新、格林、荧懋、福昌、欣旺达、铭锋达、鼎盛达等，此类模具厂皆为联想、华为、TCL、中兴、酷派、小米品牌代工企业。。
