Requirement:
1.大专或以上学历，5年以上计划管理经验College degree or above
2.优秀的沟通技巧; 良好的发现、分析、解决问题的能力，能在压力下工作; 思路敏捷、条理清晰; 有MPS及MRP经验; 有生产及材料计划经验; 有库存管理经验，了解售后市场物流运作尤佳，英语读、说、写流利。Good communication skills, good ability on problem finding, analyses and solving, can work in pressure, logical thinking and strong analytical capability, have experience on MPS & MRP, have material or production planning experience, have inventory control experience, know after market logistic operation is better, good English in writing, speaking and reading.
3.岗位责任心强，工作态度认真Good sense of responsibility and working attitude.

Responsibilities :
1.负责原材料需求计划、辅料需求计划、AIRBAG需求计划及成品采购件需求计划Responsible for raw materials requirement planning, auxiliary materials requirement planning, AIRBAG requirement planning and FGS buy-part requirement planning
2.监控材料需求计划，协调相关材料准备工作，确保公司材料控制目标达成。Monitor overall materials requirement plan, coordinate other production preparation related activities; ensure materials control achieve company target.
3.监控成品采购件需求计划，协调相关采购工作，确保公司成品控制目标达成。Monitor FGS buy part requirement plan, coordinate with buyers for related activities; ensure FGS control achieve company target.
4. 根据相关信息，协调相关部门工作，确保销售及生产运作的顺利进行。According to information collected, coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of production and sales.
5. 负责有关人员的培训及可持续培养。Responsible for training and continuous education of related person.
6. 负责MRP项目的执行和系统维护。Participate in MRP implementation projects and maintain MRP system.
7. 监控客户订单执行情况，确保销售额、订单完成率及服务水平达到公司目标。Monitor customer order fulfillment, ensure that sales revenue, order fulfillment and service level meet company target.
8. 协调相关部门工作，促进生产资源、人力资源、物料等有效利用。Coordinate with related sections to facilitate the effective utilization of resources of production, resources of human power and resources of material.
9. 监控库存，维持库存合理水平，确保生产和客户及时供货，并进行系统改进提高库存周转率。Monitor the inventory, maintain reasonable inventory level, ensure on time delivery for both production line and customer, do system kaizen to improve inventory turn.
10. 按公司要求使用适当的保护措施、安全装备；提醒及纠正工作中不安全、不恰当的行为。Use proper protection measures and equipment according to GUPT HSE policy. Reminding and correcting unsafe and improper behavior.
11. 负责公司的HSE方针、HSE管理体系及紧急应变计划在本部门的贯彻实施Responsible for company HSE policy, HSE management system and Emergency Response implementation in department
12. 监督本部门员工贯彻执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规及《现场作业环境健康安全须知》并对本部门及员工的HSE绩效负责Monitor associate follow and implement HSE laws, regulations and《现场作业环境健康安全须知》. Responsible for HSE performance
13. Other tasks or duties as assigned.
