Job Responsibility:
- Monitor and process monthly attendance and monthly data analysis
- Be fully responsible for payroll services within responsible areas on timely and accurate basis, including payroll, close-out, allowance, bonus, reward payment, individual income tax, etc.
- Document, review & update payroll related processes and guide
- Assist and contribute to the HR information system module upgrade and development testing
- Generate various employees’ actual/accrual labor cost related reports and analysis reports
- Support HR legal compliance projects & internal/external audit
- New employees’ follow-up services and leaving procedure handle. Manage all employment contracts and documents
- Coordinate annual performance planning, performance review and performance evaluation
- Support in training and ER programs
- Other tasks assigned by team leaders

Qualification Required:
- College Degree or above
- 3 years or above of relating work experience, experience with C&B operations and good numerical sense
- Excellent excel skill
- Capabilities in oral and written English
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties and willing to work under pressure
