芙莱莎亚洲总部现正寻找一位区域经理，工作地点在苏州工业园区。主要职责是在指定区域发展业务及市场开拓。
工作主要职责有：
? 完成并超越指标，支持协助助合作伙伴在门店的布置，产品信息，生产，并培训销售助理
? 与合作伙伴一起指定销售规划，确保完成目标，并开展策划市场活动
? 支持合作伙伴的需求以确保业务的增长，开发新的区域扩展业务
? 坚持公司政策，执行公司管理方针，达到指定区域内的公平公正
? 与内部员工紧密合作确保外部合作伙伴得到操作方面的日常支持，包括客服物流等
? 能够适应出差和偶尔的周末加班
任职要求：
? 中国国籍，良好的英文读写说能力
? 高等教育，主修商务相关专业
? 至少三年在外企销售，市场货客服的工作经验，并有能力维持和发展业务关系
? 年龄在28至40周岁之间
? 有相关领域工作经验
? 高度的职业道德，对工作有强烈的责任感
? 高度工作主动性，灵活性，刻苦耐劳

Area Sales Manager (Furniture, based in Suzhou)

For its Asian head office, FLEXA is currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to be based in Suzhou Industrial Park in Suzhou, Jiangsu. This position will develop the sales and marketing initiatives in a designated area.
The position entails the following main responsibilities:
? Meet and exceed sales quotas by supporting FLEXA partners on the FLEXA Shop concept with focus on shop layout, product knowledge, merchandising and training of sales assistants
? Formulate sales plans with partners to ensure sales goals are met and develop appropriate local marketing activities (LMAs) to achieve them
? Ensure the growth of business by supporting FLEXA partners and identify new territories to expand the business
? Uphold company policies and brand equity in how FLEXA is represented in your area by executing management directives
? Work closely with various internal departments to ensure partners are receiving daily operations support including customer service and logistics, etc.
? Considerable traveling and occasional weekend work are required
Applicants’ profile:
? China National, excellent command of written and spoken English
? Post-secondary education, major in business
? At least 3 years proven sales, marketing or customer service experience with ability to establish and maintain profitable business relationships in a foreign-owned company
? Preferred applicant is between the ages of 28 years old to 40 years old
? Experience from the retailing sector preferred
? Determined work ethic with key emphasis on taking responsibility for own work
? Highly-motivated, flexible and hardworking
