Objective: To manage the efficient and organised running of the following functions;

- Finished Goods Warehouse.
- Furniture Packing.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the following;

1. Receiving of all product into the Flexa Suzhou facility from third parties (including Flexa Europe).
2. Receiving into the finished goods warehouse all packed product from Flexa Suzhou manufacturing.
3. Goods-in checking against delivery notes and purchase orders.
4. Put-away of finished goods into recorded inventory locations.
5. Recording of all inventory movements that occur in the finished goods warehouse in the XAL system.
6. The input of all inventory movements in XAL using barcode scanners or appropriate inventory movements.
7. Conducting inventory counts as required by the Director of Logistics.
8. Management and control of all human resource issues for the finished goods warehouse.
9. The picking and checking of goods outwards.
10. Maintaining and developing strong internal communication channels with production, sales, finance and import/export functions.
11. Maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards in the finished goods warehouse.
12. Managing all health and safety issues in the finished goods warehouse including, keeping access to all fire fighting equipment and exits clear, forklift and other equipment training, training staff in safe lifting techniques, enforcing the use of safety equipment, and the maintenance of all necessary safety records.
13. Ensuring all finished goods warehouse equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
14. Ensuring all areas of the finished goods warehouse is properly cleaned and maintained.

Measures of Success.

1. Inventory Database Accuracy.
2. Claims for Shortages.
3. Container fill rates.
4. Delivery performance KPI

仓库及包装主管
目的：为了管理以下职能的高效运行

岗位职责
1. 接收所有产品进入第三方（包括Flexa的欧洲）的Flexa的苏州工厂。
2. FLEXA苏州工厂生产包装的产品接收至成品仓库。
3. 核实商品送达的送货单和采购订单。
4. 成品货物放置对应的库存位置。
5. 使用XAL系统记录所有成品仓库内库存变化。
6. 使用条形码或适合的库存变化，在XAL系统录入所有库存变化。
7. 根据物流总监的要求进行库存盘点。
8. 管理和控制所有成品仓库的人力资源。
9. 负责外来货物的提货和检查。
10. 维持和发展强大与产品部，销售，财务，及进出口内部沟通渠道。
11. 维持成品仓库的高水准整理和整顿。
12. 管理成品仓库的所有健康和安全问题，保持消防通道的整洁和畅通，叉车等设备的培训。员工起重机的培训，所有有必要的安全记录。
13. 确保所有成品仓库设备的正确使用和清理。
14. 保证了成品仓库各个领域进行适当的清理和维护。

成功的关键：
1. 库存数据的准确性。
2. 索赔的短缺。
3. 集装箱填充率。
4. 交付绩效KPI。
