Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Overall responsibility with the receiving, processing, and completion of all exports to Flexa dealer (licensees) as well as working with all export markets in the coordination of new stores, equipment, marketing, claims and overall support.
This includes;
1.Responsible for export market assigned in all aspects of sales administrative work of the Export Sales department.
2 Ensure good communication within various company department team members relating to all sales orders processing functions completed.
3. Support the department in maintaining good follow-up on all tasks by any deadline or target completion date determined by the department Head.
4. Coordinates with departments and individuals concerned in preparation and submission of reports as required.
5. Process CRM (Customer Relation Management) function in claims management, control to maximize departmental resources and customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Co-ordinates and manage effectively any assigned functions accorded by the Director of Sales.
2. Ensures all reporting and servicing deadlines are met as per given schedule.
3. Responsible for forecasting all future demand for export markets and coordinating with the logistics function.
4. Maintenance of all price lists for export markets.
3. Assists the Director of Sale in the preparation and submission of various reports according to set tasks or special project requirement.
4. Promptly handles and follow up daily in-coming mail and internal correspondence.
5. Maintains a filing and tracking system for the Export Sales Department.
6. Answers and handles all incoming telephone calls for the department according to the Company Standards & Procedures.
7. Coordinates & organizes customers visiting arrangements for the department, if any.
8. Interacts with various internal departments’ colleagues in a professional and efficient manner to foster good rapport, promoting team spirit and maintaining always an effective two-way communication at all times.
9. Maintains strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
10. Responsible in inventory control and managing company XAL system or any system in order processing to process all orders.
11. Maintains a safe and secure working environment.
11. Supports the business in other matter including product sourcing.
12. Familiar with company safety rules, current first aid and fire emergency procedures, whenever conducted by the company.
13. Abide by Company code of conduct.
14. Abide by the Company Employee Handbook.
15. Abide by any set company policies and procedures.
16. Carry out other tasks as directed by the Director of Sales.
