Job Description

Be responsible for sales and profitability development for customers within the territory of South China with special focus on segment Industry and district energy. Report to Team Leader South China. Locate in Guangzhou office.

1.Implement and follow the company’s strategies, values and decisions within the territory

2.Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales

3.Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits to active and potential customers

4.Provide customers with technical expertise

5.Drive activities (e.g. marketing, promotion, claim handling etc.) towards the customers

6.Team up with application function, Business Engineers and Customer Support to finalize customer orders

7.Provide customer feedback and information to the company that contributes to the development of the company (e.g. business opportunities, legislations, competition, product development)

8.Sales and profitability development for HUB customers within the territory

9.Reporting on weekly and monthly basis, and business review on bi-annual basis, as per guidelines from Manager/Team Leader.

10.Forecast upon request and guideline from the Sales Team Leader; develop annual sales budget

Background

1.University degree with industrial related background.

2.Background with experience in selling engineering components or providing technical/application supporting is much preferred.

3.Good spoken and written English

4.Good knowledge of the MS Office software
