Training Manager

Job Description

1. Establish training system, including policy establishment, resource integration and operation management According to the overall strategy of the company.

2. Proceed, organize and carry out the annual and monthly training plan according to the training needs of each department, agents and staff,

3. Expand training channels and resources, accumulate training experience and data, develop training subject, training materials, various training session program

4. Set up, monitor annual training budget reasonably base on yearly training plan,

5. Responsible for the selection, cultivation and management of the regional trainers and provide consultation and instructions for the trainer. Also improve the training quality and effect

6. Responsible for staff training in each subject examination and acceptance of work, manage the training assessment and training evaluation

7. Develop and manage the training tool and education equipment of various training and beauty class

Requirements

1. Team player, innovation cooperation, passion, winner attitude, available to travel

2. At least 5 years experience in sales training/product training management

3. College diploma or above

4. FMCG/cosmetics industry background is preferred

5. English or French is preferred
