General Mission

· Act as a Business Partner with the GM to work on the global HR organization policy and evolution to make the team stable

· Assist all Managers in their daily HR needs

· Deliver a good communication into the team for any HR related topics

· Develop a HR loyalty program

· Empower the people through efficient training/ team building policy

· Create synergies inside the team and spread out a good team spirit/ brand values

· Set up the HR process and ensure the respect of HR policy

· Manage all admin tasks (back-office, IT, working supports…)

· Define, optimize and control the HR and admin budget

· Manage 3 people: HR assistant, admin Assistant, Receptionist

Profile and profesional skills

Experience in HR strategy and management

Mature

Keen to take new challenges

Experience in FMCG

Good knowledge of Chinese HR rules and environment

Good capacities in people’s skills’ analysis

Listening abilities

Team oriented and corporate minded

Experience with foreign companies is a must

Experience in FMCG industry preferred

English writing and speaking

Good presentation
