Responsibility:
Create/update Standard Operation Process according to changes in production;
Coach/monitor relevant operators to follow up the SOP;
Monitor/verify key process index’s validity /Process capability study;
Trouble shoot for non-conformity, collect data and analyze root cause, supervise corrective action’s implementation;
Cooperate with other department for new product introduction, prototype manufacturing and some other urgent requests;
Strive to find any opportunity for continuous improvement or optimize our existing process, and implement the idea assigned by upper leaders;
Communicate with other plants for data collection and information sharing for more clear understanding of global standard;
Driver of TPM activities;
Prototyping;
Responsible to support Production Key Performance Indices (KPIs)
Other job assigned by upper leaders.

Requirements:
University/diploma degree in mechanical or related;
5+years of work experience in related area;
Lean concept (TPM,VSM,PDCA,SMED) is preferred;
Well communication skills;
Good spoken and written English;
Good knowledge of the MS Office software;
Strong personality, independent and able to take initiatives.
