Title: Senior Specialist, Order to Cash (Credit Control)

Location: 上海徐家汇

Purpose of the job:

Senior specialist, Order to Cash, provides credit risk management services to all UPM Business Groups in China, including customer risk assessment, operational credit control and credit risk management reporting. This position also executes risk mitigation and loss prevention measures.

Key Tasks:

- Close cooperation with Sales & Supply Chain

- Perform, develop and ensure excellent quality of customer risk assessment

- Understanding of market and business specific requirements

- Conduct UPM Trade Credit Insurance policy conditions and terms, where applicable

- Pro-active business decision support on customer risks

- Ensure portfolio risk is in accordance with management expectations

- Management of risk reduction and loss prevention measures with Group CRM

- Ensure risk assessment processes follow policies and procedures set by Group CRM and that internal controls are effective

- Implement and maintain standard key control processes of collection in close cooperation with other OTC teams

- Plans, coordinates and maintains collection processes ensuring efficiency and quality throughout

- Participates in development projects related to OTC processes and tools as well as facilitates key control definitions and documentation with project team

- Trade receivables and key statistics reporting on a monthly basis

- Customer visits

- Other tasks given by superior

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree – required

- Good proficiency in English, both oral and written

- Strong communication skills

- Professional qualification in finance or related area

- Credit risk management experience 3 years required
