1.Assist Human Resource Manager for providing full spectrum of human resources function including staff recruitment, compensation & benefit, employee relation, performance management, career planning;
2.Support Plant Director’s daily work;
3.Monitor industrial relations and employee relations development to prevent disputes;
4.Provide recommendations to senior management and direct negotiations with unions, industry groups and industrial authorities to determine agreements and minimize the possibility of industrial disputes or to settle any disputes;
5.Be responsible for all office Administration: canteen, safeguard, shuttle bus, cleaner management.
