Education:
B.S. Or M.S. Degree Or Equivalent External Experience
Major in Electrical engineering or other relevant education background.
Language:
Fluent English, both in oral & written
Experience:
Ideally technically qualified to degree level.
Minimum 3 years product/electric development experience.
Medical/healthcare industry preferable.
Good documentation capabilities and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
Experience with Microsoft Project.
Knowledge:
Knowledge & understanding of medical regulations & their impact on business, including but not limited to ISO13485/FDA QSR & GMP
Understand the requirements of design control; familiar with Design Verification/ Validation, FMEA, DFM;
Analogue and digital electronic circuit design experience for low power applications.
Embedded coding experience in C, and assembly and experience of using MPLAB and Microchip micro controllers, ARM & 8-32 bit micro controllers.
Strong working knowledge of electronics, software, and firmware.
Knowledge of electronic and electrical approvals such as EMC, pre-compliance testing, BS EN 60601, BS EN 45501.
Ability to use Oscilloscopes, electronic test equipment etc.
Ability to prototype electronic breadboards.
Good verbal, written and diagrammatic communication;

职责概要/Job Scope:
This job description covers skills & responsibilities of the R&D Electronics Engineer position located in the ArjoHuntleigh (Suzhou) R&D facility.
The R&D Electronics Engineer is responsible for:
Interacting with customers, such as sales/marketing/retailer and medical/healthcare professionals to understand market needs;
executing specific & general assignments that establish the feasibility of innovative, functional product concept designs;
and/or, executing specific & general assignments that provide innovative, functional, cost effective & validated product designs.
To design, develop, validate, document and manage new product introductions.
Also,the continuing improvement and support of existing products with the emphasis on cost, quality and time.
工作职责/Specific Work Detail:
To apply technical skills to projects, participating in the design, development, construction and testing of new products and improve existing products.
Ensuring that all the work undertaken conforms to Quality Assurance Procedures, Medical Device directives, Design Guidelines and any other relevant protocols.
Evaluate and identify new technologies to provide cost effective and innovative solutions to new product development.
To apply electronics/software design expertise to the analysis of products and proposals.
To manage and take ownership for sub-projects as required and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Initiating investigations such as root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Financial tasks such as ordering for materials and services may be raised, to be countersigned by line manager.
Validation and verification of new and existing products, providing support documentation.
Software testing and quality assurance; support, maintain and document software functionality.
Field fault diagnosis and reporting; providing technical expertise and training to Service Engineers on using software diagnostic tools and product functionality.
Specify and design test equipment and fixtures, develop testing procedures and specifications to support product and project objectives.
