Job Description

The Finance Head will report directly to Finance Manager. The role will commence with in-house training with the aim of developing the successful individual to a level where they can work autonomously on their own tasks but also support the Financial Manager where required. Interaction with the UK and also the client in China provides another dimension to this role.

The scope of the role is as detailed below.

1. General ledger and reconciliation between GL and sub ledger
2. Lead monthly closing process
3. Monthly statutory financial reports and Internal management reports
4. Tax invoice management and tax reports
5. Project spending tracker
6. Cash flow forecast and working capital management
7. Fee tracker to ensure comprehensive invoice
8. Coordinate with internal and external auditors
9. CIT final settlement and branch statutory filling management
10. Utilize Unipart Way to drive continuous improvement
11. Subordinate management
12. Assist FM on company performance management and internal control

Requirements & Experience

- Min 6 year experience, PC skills (Word, Excel)

- Communication skills, proactive approach, analysis skills,

- University degree, basic accounting qualification

- Experience of an ERP system (not mandatory)

- Team oriented

- Target driven

- Willingness to learn and share learning

- Structured and logical approach to problem solving

- Oral and written English is preferred

- Supervisor experience is preferred
