Job Description

1. To secure VTZ and customer’s interest, carry out VTZ’s SHEQ policies, and deliver such policies to customer, customer representatives/agents or vendors through daily communications;
2. To carry out Vopak Key Account Management and Customer Relationship Management program;
3. Be the 2nd expert user of PEPI and CRM system within the commercial dept;
4. To conduct sales & marketing promotion for VTZ;
5. To carry out market study on local tank terminal biz;
6. To conduct regular visits or courtesy calls to customers, collect market information and customer feedback, and prepare call reports;
7. To obtain information through customer enquiry and activate internal enquiry review process;
8. To provide quotation to customer;
9. To prepare relevant commercial related reports & documents periodically;
10. To coordinate with Customer Service Dept, improve the commercial process and enhance customer satisfaction;
11. To coordinate with VTZ all functional departments to secure the smoothness of business and operations;
12. To be actively contribute to Vopak China commercial activities;
13. Comply and promote company SHE&Q regulations and culture;
14. To carry out other works assigned by VTZ.

Minimum requirements
1. New graduate or 1 year of working experience in sales and marketing or logistics or petrochemical industry;
2. Good presentation and communication skills;
3. Good English communication skills, both in oral or written;
4. Proficient in using MS office applications;
5. Basic knowledge in petrochemical industry is a plus;
6. Understanding of local liquid tank storage market is a plus.
