Operation Specialist (Service Provider)

Job Description:
？ Inventory management to support customer needs and operation teams;
？ Ensure goods delivery on time and incoming goods inspection;
？ Goods distribution and tracking;
？ Payment application;
？ Handle payment/delivery issues;
？ Manage Maintenance/Repair cases for engineers;
？ Coordinate Global Logistics vendors and internal users;
？ SAP processing.

Qualification Requirements:
？ Good English writing & speaking
？ Good knowledge of MS Office
？ Strong documentation skills
？ Flexible in terms of responsibilities and hours
？ Bachelor in logistics, international trade or English
？ Knowledge/experience with SAP system is advantageous
？ Must be organized, enthusiastic self-starter and have good communication skills and the ability & desire to work as a team
