职位描述

Job Description & Responsibilities:



  • Provide assistance in the development and implementation of marketing and communication plans
    and strategies that include campaigns, newsletters, events and thought leadership;

  • Implement and execute marketing and communication programmes to create awareness and generate
    buy-in to effectively promote the firm’s services;

  • Facilitate all areas of event management, such as venue scouting, room booking; budgeting,
    branding, content and conference kit compilation, printing of the event materials, on-site support and
    post event logistics;

  • Assist in editorial writing, proofreading, production and delivery of marketing related
    collaterals and thought leadership pieces across a wide range of media (e-mail, magazine, intranet,
    posters, templates, e-learning, FAQ, webcasts, podcasts, video, etc);

  • Interact with the wider M&C team across China, Hong Kong, Singapore& Taiwan on project basis;

  • Executive administrative duties including database maintenance and worksheets/files update;

  • Receive enquires and channel them to the appropriate parties for follow up; and

  • Be an active participant in the management of outside vendors.


Requirements:



  • A bachelor degree in marketing related discipline;

  • Minimum two years' marketing/communications experience within a multinational organisation;

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented in delivering quality and consistent work;

  • Able to multi-task and cope under pressure in a dynamic working environment;

  • Strategic and creative thinker;

  • Strong client service approach is crucial;

  • Strong event management skill and ability to work across functions;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua) is a must;

  • Computer literate and proficient in MS applications;

  • Passionate about client service;

  • Open minded, agile with change and practical;

  • Committed to self development;

  • Actively shares ideas and knowledge;

  • Works hard to build and sustain relationships; and

  • Detail-oriented and self motivated.
