Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead an Assurance HR Team in North Region;


• Drive and implement HR strategy and programs to support business strategy;


• Provide effective and efficient advices to Business on people management guidance, support and assist Line Partners and Managers in dealing with various people related matters, employment relationship, maximize retention on talent people;


• Responsible for performance review processes on both planning and implementation. Including assignment feedback, annual and mid-year performance review, promotions, and total rewards;


• Support partners and managers in managing up poor performers, and disciplinary action where required;


• Work with business to confirm resourcing plan and identify needs. Coordinate with resourcing team (e.g. Graduate Recruitment, Experience Hires, Global Mobility) on identifying good candidates and quality control, facilitate the process;


• Support business to maximize people engagement through all kinds of initiatives; and


• Work with cross-LoS teams in various HR projects and implementation.

Reporting structure & key relationships:
Reporting to: Associate Director, LoS HR, Assurance, China
Reporting staff: Deputy Manager/Senior HR Officer/HR Officer/Assistant Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum eight years’ HR professional role as HR generalist or BP;


• Solid experience within a services or multinational corporation environment;


• Strong negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships;


• Strong client service focus at all levels of the role with demonstrated resourcefulness,initiative and flexibility;


• Strong in both English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills;


• Strong project management and change management experience;


• The ability of leadership skill. Work autonomously with little direction;


• A high level of discretion and confidentiality at all levels of the role;


• A proven ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands; and


• A ‘can do’ attitude whose enthusiasm and energy is welcomed as part of the team.
