About Global Technology Solutions (GTS) Firmwide Applications - Application Development Centre (ADC) & Application Quality Assurance (AQA):

环球咨询管理(GTS) 是普华永道公司的内部IT部门。Firmwide Applications为各种IT战略应用最新技术，并提供有效的软件解决方案，以满足公司业务需求和应对挑战，优化生产力和流程效率，以及为最终用户提供最好的使用体验。它也为企业系统创建蓝图，以整合和充分利用企业内部以及外部系统的业务信息。

应用开发中心(ADC)和质量保证(AQA)是GTS Firmwide Applications的业务部门。ADC负责提供应用开发和实施，AQA负责应用质量保证和流程改善。两者都为CaTSH地区（包括中国大陆、香港、台湾及新加坡）提供服务，并与普华永道全球区域有紧密合作。我们是世界一流的应用开发和质量保证团队，为内部、外部和全球客户提供优良服务。我们的团队成员分布在北京和香港，主要采用的技术包括ASP.NET, SQL Server, Sharepoint, Flex以及Lotus Notes等。我们同时采用传统和敏捷方法进行开发。

Job Description
We're looking for a passionate, versatile individual with great ideas and a desire to solve problems, seize opportunities and develop solutions in a dynamic fast-paced environment. As a software engineer, you may work solo, or in a small team, switching teams and projects as required by our business. With your technical expertise you may be asked to manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables. You may consult, propose, design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research, conceive, and develop innovative software tools, applications, services and platforms to extend and improve on PwC's internal systems.
• Create robust high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly.
• Contribute to a wide variety of projects from web and mobile technologies to integrating cloud computing solutions.
• Solve all complex, challenging and interesting problems that come your way.

Tasks

Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.

Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.

Confer with clients and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

Analyse user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Design, develop and modify software systems.

Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.

Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.

Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.

Determine system performance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree above in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in software development;
• Proven knowledge in mobile applications, multi-platform development, web-browser development and extensions, UI development, JavaScript, open source development;
• Excellent skill in Sharepoint, C#.NET, HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS and GWT; and
• Previous experience in WCF, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, Reporting Service.
