  • Organization Effectiveness;
  • People and HR management; and
  • Strategic and Operational Initiatives.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
1. Deliver HR advisory works for both multi-nationals and domestic enterprises, key competency may includes:

  • Developing appropriate reward and performance strategies;
  • Designing and implementing Performance Management elements such as performance measures, goals, competencies and behaviors based on organizational goals, performance improvement requirements, Performance appraisal processes, roles and responsibilities, supporting systems and technologies;
  • Designing and implementing required Reward elements such as: pay structures, benefits, incentives, supporting systems and technologies; and
  • Aligning changes with other HR processes and systems.

2. Day to day deliverable

  • Gathering and Consolidate industry data;
  • Conduct client interview and data analysis;
  • Framework design, solution development and implementation;
  • Managing the project stream; and
  • Lead and build effective teams, coaching, mentoring team members.

3. Business Development

  • Manage client accounts;
  • Prepare proposal, conduct industry research.

4. Frequently Travel Required


Reporting structure & key relationships:
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Director, Partner


Requirements:

  • At least 5-6 working years. 3 years of consulting experience in Leading HR consulting firm is a must;
  • Have three or above relative projects experience;
  • Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university, MBA is preferred;
  • Preferable Industry: Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Engineer and construction, Manufactory, Information and Communication, Health care, Technology;
  • Professional Knowledge and experience:
    • Master of Consulting methodologies and frameworks;
    • Master in compensation and benefits design or performance management;
    • Experience in Capacity Model is a huge plus;
    • Preferable project experience with state owned enterprise or private enterprise;
    • Familiar with dynamic and development trend of certain industry;
    • Familiar with the industry best practices;
    • Proven Capabilities to take the stream lead role of midsize projects;
    • Internal/external industry resource network.
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin;
  • Good project management skill, multi-tasking ability to manage multiple project at once; and
  • Confident and mature with ability to build new client relationship while maintain current. clients.
