Job Description:
? Work as subset of global team covering China territory , Create China specific developer ecosystem, define and drive the strategy to stimulate developer preference for AMD platforms. Manage content creation and promotions on AMD developer portal based on prioritized themes, industry trends, current hot topics. Ensure content quality and positive user experience.
? Create model and assure all content from developer as strong technical proof point source increase AMD product differentiation value.
? Manage programs that grow the community of developers targeting AMD platforms, e.g. coding competitions, affinity programs, event sponsorships, etc.
? Work with AMD China Government relationship department such as University, Institute, Industry standard org to assure , engage with external sites and organizations who can help influence opinion of AMD technologies, to evangelize as well as gather feedback.
? Working as Program Manager to assure those program life cycle falling into expectation.

Responsibilities
? Define strategy for broad developer outreach looking forward 12-24 months and align with global team in executing toward goals, course correcting as appropriate to address dynamic market requirements and corporate initiatives.
? Manage overall China developer alliance and deliverables to form funnel from coverage to proofpoint to help AMD product differentiation value in the market
? On behalf of China leader under global distributed team and influence a broader virtual team to drive toward broad developer mindshare and preference for AMD platforms within the software community.
? Improve internal processes to streamline operations and cross-organizational collaboration.
? Track metrics that help gauge success, e.g. web site traffic, software downloads, event participation, community interaction, etc. and use the resulting business intelligence to drive strategy.

Required Skills
? Ability to effectively communicate with globally distributed team, Excellent writing and communication skills
? Passion for interacting with the community at large, strong and aggressive to drive things happen.
? Ability to coordinate cross-functional dependencies and creatively manage challenges
? Strong organization skills to track budget spend, success metrics, and multiple priorities
? Technical background esp. software management and business management experience is must.
