Lean Manufacturing Manager - reporting to VP, Manufacturing
(based in Xinfei, China)
Responsibilities:
Overall Lead Manager to champion Lean Model Line to meet the Company's objectives
Develop and identify key Lean projects and initiatives to align with company's overall business strategy
Manage key projects and update the management regularly on the progress as well as any potential obstacles which might affect the implementation
Lead functional groups like Production, Quality, Purchasing to set up an effective reporting measurements on lean model
Develop Lean training materials, conduct in-house training and workshops to raise quality awareness and implement Lean Manufacturing in factory floor
Develop internal Lean Model champions and facilitators
Requirements:
Degree in Process, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of experience in leading process improvement teams within manufacturing environments
Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certified will be required
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and processes, process engineering and production operation
Proven abilities in coaching, mentoring and guiding quality champions and team facilitators
