Oakwood is looking for two (2) Senior Account Managers to support their planned expansion into China (located in Shanghai). Candidates must be self motivated, have a proven track record of increasing sales profitability, and be located (or willing to locate) in the Shanghai area. Fluent English language and knowledge of the Automotive Industry in China (both OEM and Tier 1) is a must.
Requirements:
College degree in Engineering or Business
Quick learner capable of multi-tasking technical/product and commercial issues on a global scale
5-10 years of sales experience in the automotive interiors industry (OEM and Tier 1)
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Proven track record in building relationships, developing strategies, and servicing the Customer
Must be proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to travel both locally (must have personal transportation) and internationally (VISA eligible)
Responsibilities:
Build/manage/strengthen relationships with strategic customers and partners
Provide “voice of customer” feedback to management team
Develop/contribute to commercial strategies and corporate business plans
Capable of strong critical thinking and decision making through proactive/self motivated initiatives
Excellent presence with exceptional sales presentation talent
Strong organization/time management skills
Exhibit creativity while demonstrating a high degree of latitude ( “out-of-the-box” thinking)
