Job Content工作内容
Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility主要职责/责任
- Team Administrative Support:
a) Support the team regarding traveling, hotel and rental car arrangements and receiving internal & external visitors
b) Coordinate meetings, appointments and teleconferences and take minutes of meetings when needed
c) Check team expense and other administrative expenditures
d) Support team and customer events
- Supporting marketing communications and events
a) Support brochures, newsletters and relevant marketing communication documents
b) Support and work with partners/contractors for conferences and exhibitions which DAS joins
- Supporting marketing intelligence
a) Support collecting and evaluation of marketing information by working with business analyst
b) Support marketing and business reporting where needed
- Supporting logistics/SCM when needed
a) Support commercial assistant on logistic and supply chain activities when needed
b) To coordinate and support customer services when needed
c) To work with team of business, production and global logistic/supply chain colleagues to ensure forecasting, deliverables and other logistic/supply chain activities when needed
Knowledge and educational level知识和教育水平
- Bachelor degree
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Proficiency of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, WebEx, etc.)
Required level of experiences所需的工作经验
Knowledge and experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in marketing or administration
Personalities:
- Diligent and eager to grow in an innovative environment.
- Self-motivating and proactive.
