职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Sales Team and other professionals in Beka
Asia Pacific offices
. Provide office facilities and office administrative support to the Sales Team in the day-to-day
functional activities, including human resource matters such as leave and payroll administration
. Work closely with the Chief Executive Assistant & Office Administrator (Asia Pacific) to ensure
financial records are always accurate and up to date
. Maintain and prepare monthly Expense Report and annual Budget Report for China as required
. Arrange travel and accommodation with corporate travel agent for all business travels
. Assist in marketing and trade marketing activities such as preparing marketing collaterals/materials
. Provide customer service support in a timely manner; liaise closely with customers and Beka
Germany factory on order scheduling, shipments and delivery issues
. Maintain sales activity records, generate and prepare sales reports, presentation and memorandums
. Responsible for the sales order processes, invoice queries and overdue payments
. Manage order books, availability, reliability and delivery issues with concerned parties in the factory,
warehouse or forwarder

Job Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
. Minimum 3 years’ related experience in office and sales administration
. Preferred with knowledge in handling shipping documents/order processing
. Proactive, meticulous, resourceful and possess positive attitude
. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit, both professional and personal integrity
. Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
