职位描述
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Sales data clearly verified and upload onto Hyperion system on monthly basis
- Head count data completely collected and report to Asia HQ on monthly basis
- P&L financial data clearly verified and upload onto Hyperion system on monthly basis
- Working with BU finance team to execute monthly financial analysis and update variance analysis comments
- Working with business team to update the TM sales forecast and execute system upload
- Carry out specific tasks as assigned by line manager
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
University education and major in Accounting / Economic/ Business or relevant
Experience & knowledge:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial analysis in multinational company with previous experience in accounting area.
Core competencies:
- Skilful on Excel is a must (Good at Pivot table and familiar with formulas), Macro level will be a plus.
- Keen on details and can keep accuracy as delivery standard
- Willing to undertake hard-working during peak time
- Have passion to learn, and is a quicker learner
- Be proactive, self-motivated, good teamwork spirit
- Good presentation and inter-personal skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with financial system like Hyperion and SAP (CO Module) is preferred
- Good communication in Written English
