负责薪酬福利相关的所有项目,包括:
1.月度薪资计算,员工社会保险、住房公积金,商业保险以及其他现有或即将实施的福利项目
2.使用C&B管理工具,提供专业的建议和指导,如:员工晋升及调薪、工作变动、付款事项、绩效调薪等
"3.协助奖金计算,年度调薪,12W个税申报等
4、 月度考勤收集和汇总
5. 维护和更新HRIS中所有员工的个人信息
6. 为员工日常询问提供专业化的解决方案
7.作为总部人力资源联系平台,解答员工/经理关于公司政策和流程的咨询
8.遵循公司制定的各级政策和流程。
9.在公司的方针下使用公司的工具和资源。
"10.根据安全管理系统的要求,遵守公司所有的安全政策,流程和工作指导书并按照安全手册的要求履行他/她的相关责任。
以保护他/她和同事的安全。"

教育程度(学历、专业): 本科或以上学历,人力资源管理或财务专业优先
"工作经验(最少工作年限
和工作经验):" "至少2年相关工作经验
熟悉中国的法律和法规特别是薪酬和付款事项,具有处理人力资源信息系统的经验"
外语能力: 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
计算机技能: 熟悉办公自动化软件,尤其Excel的操作
Responsible for all C&B relative work, including:
1. Control monthly payroll, including a full range of staff social insurance, the housing fund medical insurance as well as the other existing or future items.
2. Provide expert advice and guidance in usage of the C&B as tools, i.e. staff promotion, job change, job relocation, payment terms, and etc.
3. Be responsible for bonus, merit increase, 12W IIT declaration etc.
4. Attendance Management:record consolidation and analysis
5. To maintain and update all staff personnel records in HRIS
6.Act as a contact window of HQ HR, to answer employees/managers enquires on company policies and procedures
7. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
8. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
9. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
10. Other assignments from direct superior.
Education (Degree, major) : Bachelor degree or above with major in Human Resources or Finance a plus
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience): "Min 2 years relevant working experience
Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations especially in terms of salary and payment; preferably with experience in handling HRIS software."
Language: Good command of English both in speaking and writing
Office skills: Good Microsoft Office skill is a must, strong in Excel
