职位描述
1.Setup a training and development system within TKE AP aimed at addressing specific business needs.
2.Facilitate leadership development programs to develop future leaders.
3.Identify, certify and coordinate with external training consultant / vendors on executive development program. Work closely with TKE AG management development team on the same initiative.
4.Develop and manage an annual training plan by collaborating with HR, analyzing business competency gaps and assessing region specific training needs.
5.Design, develop and deliver impactful and cost effective employee training programs within the region.
6.Design, translate and maintain up-to-date facility training manuals, policies and procedures.
7.Operate within allocated budget and keep improvement of training best practice.
8.Partner with the Regional Safety Manager on the design and delivery of safety training programs.
9.Develop and manage a high performance Training Team
10. Responsible for all staff training record management
11.Ensure the effective implementation of the train-the-trainer programs in other SEED Campus within TKE AP (i.e. Korea and India).
12. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
13. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
14. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
15. Other assignments from direct superior.
Education (Degree, major) : Possess a Degree in a Business related field or an MBA
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience):
Management Experience: At least 5 years of experience in training and development
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Office skills: Good computer skills
Other specific skills: "Good communication and presentation skills
