职位描述
1. Assist IT Applications Manager to lead cross-regional Field applications development and implementation projects
2. Analysis business requirements and prepare project documentation for each project including but not limited to:
o Project Charter
o Business Requirements
o Functional Specification
o Test Plans (Unit/Integration)
o Project Schedule
o Deployment and Package Documentation
3. Help to maintain, upgrade, and support existing or new web applications
4. facilitate / lead discussion about business requirements with respective business users/owners
5. create and present proposals and requirements for new web applications
6. draft new web applications mockup and provide for client, end user, and peer review
7. implement new web applications using appropriate web application development technologies
8. Performs system testing and reviews. Provide business analysis and system development guidance to the Field & General development team.
9. respond appropriately to all requests for information by company staff timely and/or escalate according
Skills Required:
1. Combined 4-5 years of business analysis experience with the following skills:
2. Empirical and Analytical. Customer focused. Able to present and articulate business requirements and functional specifications clearly.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited to working within a decentralized matrix management structure.
4. Strong understanding in web application architecture, web site design, web site maintenance, and web content maintenance.
5. Preferably has led an ERP deployment or been primarily responsible for an ERP system's management in an organization.
6. Project Management experience and training, PMP certification is a plus.
7. Fluent in English. Excellent oral and written, technical and non-technical communication and presentation skills required
8. Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth corporate environment
