岗位职责:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, set up, modify, optimize and monitor manufacturing processes;
2. Ensure all material requirements are sufficient for production schedules;
3. Conduct quality checks to ensure operations are within established norms;
4. Generates management information on daily production efficiency and quality assurance performance;
5. Ensures all equipment is routinely maintained;
6. Supervises production technicians engaged in manufacturing and assembly of products;
7. Train and assign production technicians

任职资格:

Requirement:

1. College Education
2. At least 3 year production operation or engineering experience
3. Good communication skill for branch services team
4. Skills in Prioritizing and assigning work;
5. Skills in training employees on work methods
6. Willing to work long hours
7. Have basic computer knowledge
