工作要求Job Requirements：

1. 具有机械或电子专业本科以上学历，汽车制造专业优先；
2. 熟练操作OFFICE办公软件及网络沟通工具；
3. 熟悉APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP、GD&T、六西格玛、TS1694/ISO14001/OHSAS18001；
4. 流利的英语口语及专业英语书写；
5. 擅于交流与沟通，具团队合作精神 ；
6. 至少5年以上汽车行业质量管理经验；

岗位职责Job Responsibility：

1.建立、维护、改进质量环境管理体系使之有效运行；
2.主导管理评审及内部审核并追踪改进措施实施状况；
3.建立质量问题改正追踪系统，并定期评审8D；
4.参与项目先期质量策划及项目运行各阶段评审；
5.密切关注顾客需求，如质量抱怨、售服要求、质量改进要求等，确认并追踪这些要求均已被有效满足 ；
6.召开周、月运营管理会议并追踪改善事项；与各部门沟通协调处置各运营相关工作；
7.制定质量部方针目标、编制质量部预算；
8.监控并分析质量成本及售服损失，提出有效对策以降低之；
9.拟定属下个人KPI并定期评审；
10.为属下提供必要之培训。
