Purpose:
1. Develop and Implement AC or DC powered micro controller based LED lighting and control products to comply with international standards in short product development cycle and meet tight cost target.
2. Support existing products include production, process all technical related responsibilities.
3. Effective communication with product development teams around the globe.
Your responsibilities
1. Design products to meet safety requirements, e.g. UL, CE, PSE, VDE, CQC, CCC, FCC etc.
2. Communicate (both oral and written English; email and meeting/conference call) with other function teams (US and China) on product development.
3. Design products in different category, e.g. low voltage, AC power supply, data control and microcontroller programming.
4. Prepare schematic and PCB layout.
5. Circuit debug, testing and design verification.
6. Component sourcing, vendor evaluation.
7. Support production (process, trouble shooting, etc.) and occasional daily travel to factory in Dongguan is required
8. Occasional conference call with US at night time is required
We are looking for People with:
1. Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering related discipline, Minimum 5 years’ experience in AC to DC Power supply is required, Background in DMX control and LED lighting products is a plus
2. Strong electrical, electronic technical background
3. Hands-on Design experience of Power Supply, LED control, DMX/ ethernet communication circuit and PCB layout
4. Familiar with Altium and LTspice
5. Familiar with LLC and Flyback Topology
6. Strong leadership skill and project follow-up
7. Proactive and responsible working attitude
8. Self-motivated, able to work under pressure independently, quick learner and keen on learning new technologies
9. Good command of spoken and written English
