职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Compiles and maintains up to date personnel records - either manually or through computer input on all the staff. Ensure all record is completed and updated. Analyze all records according to personnel management requirement. Set-up and store all employee’s personnel information in the files, including resume, ID copy, photos, diploma copy, and leave off certification.
编辑并更新所有员工的人事记录,以手工和电脑录入的方式同时记录。保证所有员工记录的完整和及时更新。分析所有员工记录,为人事管理提供数据支持。建立并保存所有员工的个人档案,包括个人简历、身份证复印件、照片、学历证复印件和离职证明。
2.Work out social insurance and housing fund monthly payment and reports.
负责每月核算员工社保、住房公积金等,并提供报告。
3.Contact with Commercial Insurance Company and fulfill the counterclaim procedure for fulltime staff.
负责与商业保险公司联络,执行员工医疗等报销。
4.Carry out monthly salary calculation procedure and record the salary data into the HRP system report. Check monthly salary, bonus calculation for all the staff before payment. Ensure timely and accurately.
负责每月核算员工工资,记录并操作人事系统。在支付所有员工的工资、奖金前进行审核,确保及时、准备无误。
5.To submit the personal income tax details to Local Bureau on the website.
每月网上申报个人所得税。
6.According to the staff attendance in office and count the days of staff annual leave/ make the attendance report to HR Manager.
每月根据员工考勤统计年假,并向人事经理汇报。
7.Update the organization chart and headcount monthly.
每月更新集团组织机构图,统计员工人数。
8.Make the file of new staff including resume, ID copy, photos, diploma copy, and leave off certification, etc. Arrange signing new employment contract and renew existing contract.
建立并保存新员工个人档案,包括个人简历,身份证复印件,照片,学历证明和原单位离职证明等。安排劳动合同的签署和续签。
9.Ensure combination of personnel system and accounting system, making out annual personnel budget timely and accurately.
确保人事与财务体系的准确合并,确保人事年度预算的及时、准确。
10. In charge of all salary distribution, check monthly salary, bonus calculation for all the staff before payment. Ensure timely and accurately. In charge of all staffs’ society insurance, house fund and related calculation, distribution and statistic, etc. offer month report related salary & other welfare. In charge of checking all branch’s monthly salary, submit to Chairman for final approval after ensure all salary are accurate. Develops and implements compensation and benefits programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation and reward to employees.
负责所有员工的薪资发放,在支付所有员工的工资、奖金前进行审核,确保及时、准备无误。负责员工的社保、公积金等福利的计算,发放,统计等事宜。负责提供有关薪资和福利的月报表。负责审核所有分公司的工资报表,确保准确无误后提交董事长审批。安排并执行员工福利、奖金计划以提供有竞争力的工资水平及激励和报酬制度。
11. Monthly checking on branch offices salary, staff benefits, commercial insurances and other related issues within Group China.
负责分公司薪酬、福利、商业保险等相关事宜。
12.Be responsible for the statistics reports required by the governments. Ensure data updated in time and submitted accurately.
负责向政府部门提交统计报表,确保数据及时更新,准确递交。
13. Other HR works assigned by HR manager.
其它人事经理交办的事宜。
Requirement:
1. 本科以上学历,人力资源管理专业优先
university degree above, HR major is prefered
2.两年以上薪酬福利工作经验
Two-year C&B working experience, work experience in BPO will be preferred.
3.熟练的英语读写能力
Good command of English skill both in reading and writing
4.熟悉MS OFFICE办公软件,尤其是EXCEL。
Familiar with Microsoft office. Proficient on Excel.
5.诚信,有责任感,能够自我激励
Integrity, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation;
6.具有良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧
Strong communication ability and negotiating skills;
7.良好的团队合作能力
