Key responsibilities：

1. Monthly warranty information analysis
2. Monthly warranty parts returning and analyzing
3. Improvement suggestion on product and process
4. Reporting to management and customer of warranty analysis report and actions
5. Negotiation with customer on warranty responsibility ratio
6. Lesson learned to new project to reduce warranty risk

Key requirement:

1.Major in mechanical background, college degree, 3 years plus experiences of warranty or customer quality.

机械专业背景，大学学历，3年以上索赔工程师或客户质量工程师经验

2.Must be capable of assessing production/design problem correctly and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

能够准确评估生产或设计问题，并给出合适的纠正措施

3.Must possess advanced statistical skills; design for experiments, process flow charts, failure mode and effect analysis, control plans, gauge repeatability and reproducibility studies.

掌握一定的统计技能，能设计实验，工艺流程图，失效模式并做有效的分析，控制计划，量具的重复性与再现性的研究

4.Basic mechanical aptitude for problem solving

机械的分析和解决问题的能力

5.Must be able to organize multiple tasks to meet established deadlines and have good computer skills.

能够根据截止日期完成多种任务，并可熟练使用电脑

6．Must have working knowledge of Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.精通操作系统，Word, Excel,PowerPoint等

7．Must have good organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.具备良好的组织能力，沟通能力以及跨部门协作能力
