Job Description:
Position: Marketing Assistant/Copywriter,
Brand: JOVIAL professional hair care.
Mission: Be the Chinese voice of the brand throughout all its marketing support.

Detailed mission:
1/ Market research: follow and analyse the new trends of the Chinese and International hair care markets.
2/ Product development: ensure proper coordination between Marketing Dept and the R&D team to understand products and work on new ranges concept development with the Marketing Manager.
3/ Marketing support development: participate in the writing of all the marketing supports in Chinese, together with the Marketing Manager (packaging, brochure, display, advertising campaigns, etc.)
4/ Administrative work: Marketing Assistant interpreter during key meetings, coordination with internal and external department partners (finance department, HR, R&D, press, model agency, photographer)

Must have skills:
The Marketing Assistant must:
- be fluent in English or French and have proven copywriting skills, with experience in advertising agency or strategic marketing.
- have experience in fashion or cosmetic industries, be sensitive to them.
- be independent and creative, pro-active and willing to take responsibilities.
