Responsibilities:
1.Fully responsible for E&E sales in Central Region of China.
2.Daily management , Training and coaching of sale team;
3.Achieve annual sales revenue and profit margin target;
4.Defend existing businesses and Maximum market share;
5.Set up business development strategy in pricing and marketing strategies for short term and long term; and drive some relevant key market research activities;
6.Direct sales team in the winning of new businesses;
7.Continually improve customer relationship.
8.Set up sales policy, plan and budgets by territory, volume, price, revenue and costs.
9.Interact and coordinate with relative teams for maximum benefits;
10.Monitor competitors' activity;
11.This position will report to E&E manager;
Requirements:
1.Minimum 6 years of work experience of sales; Electrical and Electronic knowledge is preferred;
2.Good people management skill with Minimum 3 years Sales Manager experience;
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4.Good organization, coaching, training skill and strong supervision, harmonization ability;
5.Strategic skill is required, able to develop strategic plan;
6.Good knowledge in sales planning and good ability of implementation;
7.Strong analytical skills & Good knowledge in pricing strategies and cost controlling;
8.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
9.High sense of responsibility , quality and work ethic is necessary;
10.Able to travel domestically & internationally
11.Good computer skill
12.Chinese native speaker, good command of English; German will be an advantage.
13.Bachelor's Degree or above, MBA is preferred;
