某美资汽车零配件公司 委托招聘 Plant Manager
SUMMARY: Responsible for all manufacturing facility functions to ensure operating and financial objectives are achieved.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations to ensure the most effective return on plant assets.
2. Initiate plans and processes that minimize manufacturing costs through the effective use of resources including manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
3. Assure the attainment of production work orders to scheduled dates.
4. Report and correct defective incoming castings and participate in the disposition of quality issues with suppliers.
5. Implement manufacturing process improvements and automation required to improve production output and productivity levels.
6. Establish group and individual accountabilities for assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction, both on a permanent and ad-hoc basis, depending on need.
7. Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving.
8. Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.
9. Work to establish management practices for assigned areas which include all employees’ positive involvement with opportunity for construction input and action.
10. Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.
11. Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Four (4) year degree; business or technical field or the equivalent experience.
2. Six (6) plus years of plant management experience in a high production environment. Ten (10) years plant management experience in a machining and assembly environment.
3. High energy level required.
4. Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities.
