Depending on focus of role (Shared Service) incumbent may have the following responsibilities:
1. To prepare and calculate payroll every month for commercial office or manufacturing. Maintain the data in payroll system.
2. Be familiar with the payroll system and attendance system.
3. Employee relations, which include communicate with vendor about social insurance, other benefits and activities etc. monthly social insurance report check up.
4. Manage the exit process, which include final payment calculation, exit checklist follow up etc.
5. Tax submission and Finance JDE report.
6. Implement customized report on OT, survey data and other statistical report etc.
7. Help desk on compensation and company policies.
8. Review the policies and practice in payroll calculation to make sure the compliance with labor law.
9. Maintain the Payroll SOP and workflow to make sure the work process is controlled by SOP.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
1. Good knowledge of most areas of compensation and benefits program.
2. Be familiar with China labor law and related policies in China.
3. Critical HR Competencies, including process management, analytical skills, time management, critical thinking and problem solving, and customer orientated.
4. Basic knowledge of statistics and accounting and skilled application of Excel, PPT required. Be Sensitive on data.
5. Be patient, careful, and independent work capabilities in heavy pressures.
6. Very good communication skill and fluent application in English would be Preferred.
7. High honest, accountable and team player.
Include the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.
Requires a bachelor degree, at least 3 - 5 years of compensation experience in a multinational company.
