Job Description & Responsibilities:

PwC is seeking a marketing professional to join the Marketing & Communications team to manage and drive strategic internal and external communications.
In this role, the individual will work with members of the Marketing & Communications community to enhance communications across the firm and support the delivery of tactical, aligned campaigns and strategies to help meet the firm’s objectives. As well as performing day-to-day duties, there will be a key focus on executing strategies and supporting campaigns.
Duties include the following:

• Maintain and update records in our contacts database;


• Update and maintain our webpages Research alumni programme best practices and other human capital related areas in the marketplace;


• Provide backend support in marketing campaigns and events;


• Assist in the coordination of and follow up work on marketing collateral;


• Handle incoming enquires and channel them to the appropriate parties for follow up; and


• Assist in the proofreading, production and delivery of marketing related collateral across a wide range of media including e-mail, internal magazines, intranet, posters, templates etc.

Report to the manager in the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with one to two years of experience in a related field (Marketing, Communication or Human Capital) required;


• Solid English grammar and good writing skills;


• Detail-oriented and meticulous attention to detail;


• Quick learner & team player;


• Must be able to project manage different projects at the same time;


• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills;


• Ability to draft emails and other marketing materials would be an advantage;


• Fluent in Putonghua (written and verbal); and


• Fluency in Cantonese language (written and verbal) ability is a plus.
