Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Supervise team to ensure a smooth team operation;
• Lead the team to strive for the set objectives and KPIs;
• Tracks quality alert and facilitate the solution of service issue as they arise;
• Monitor staff utilisation and resolve resource conflicts;
• Monitor the operational consistence and compliance to the established procedures and seeks into the continuous improvement of business process;
• Facilitate to identify the process improvement area and act as the main driver to streamline the process;
• Participate in ad hoc projects if required;
• Proactively communicate with our internal clients in front line to understand business requirements and build up the business rapport; and
• Act as the central point of contact with other departments including centre management team, GTS, HR, Finance etc.

Note:
More services will be transferred to SDC IFS team in the future. The team leader might change to lead others teams if required.

Reporting structure & key relationships:
Report to IFS Service delivery Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above;
• Major in English, Business Management is preferred;
• Minimum of five years of working experience with three or more years on a team/people management role;
• Project management experience is a plus;
• Previous working experience in BPO industry is a plus; and
• Previous working experience in an international company is a plus.
