Job Details

Responsible for meeting sales targets for assigned accounts and new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sales plans for assigned accounts and new customers;
• Undertake daily sales calls in assigned accounts and new customers;
• Develop prospect list for sales opportunities;
• Analyze, identify, and create customer needs;
• Qualify, follow up and close opportunities for assigned accounts and new customers;
• Drive business growth in specific accounts in order to meet sales targets;
• Work with other teams to satisfy customer demand and maintain continuity of business;
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers.

Key Competency Requirements

• Bachelor degree or in Engineering, Mechanics is preferred;
• 3 years relevant sales experience or equivalent training; preferred experience in non-standard equipment and auto electronics manufacture industry;
• Experience in business ：

1. SMT and relative equipment (Mounter, Lasermarker, Router, Test handler and Tester etc) and provide integrated solution of PCBA to electronic manufacturer.
2. Test and Assembly line for the manufacturing of electronics and mechanics

• Honest, highly responsible, professional and self-initiative, aggressive, able to work under pressure;
• Added Value for Customers;
• Attains Results and Drives Growth;
• Strong background for Factory Automation or Electronics Testing processing;
• Intermediate level of expertise in Application Knowledge, Sales Fundamentals (Listening, Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering, Closing), Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Relationship Management.

• Knowledge in SMT/Assembly process will be a plus.
