任职资格
1、 计算机及相关专业毕业，本科以上学历；
2、 5年或以上.NET平台开发经验；
3、 熟悉XML，精通SQL SERVER，web service知识；
4、 精通C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET;
5、 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
6、 良好的学习能力、沟通能力及团队协作意识；
7、了解Windows操作系统和.Net Framework框架，熟悉面向对象设计和设计模式，熟悉B/S或C/S项目所需各项综合技术。
8、能看懂英文文档，英文读写能力优秀者优先
9、熟悉.NET 本地化者优先。

岗位职责
1、 根据项目要求、英文需求文档，完成软件项目的可行性与需求分析
2、 进行系统设计，对开发需求进行团队任务分配，参与项目的编程、调试、模块测试和debug工作
3、 负责对项目进行实施，测试；
4、 定期进行项目维护和升级；
5、 负责业务系统技术支持和管理工作；
6、 负责开发文档编写工作；
