Expancel is a sub business unit within AkzoNobel Pulp and Performance Chemicals. We are world leading in our special field, expandable microspheres, Expancel?. The main part of the operations is located in Sundsvall, Sweden. There are also some operations located outside of Sweden: Atlanta in USA with laboratory and production, sales offices in Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, Russia and China. On other markets our products are sold through agents or distributors. More than 95% of the production is exported mostly to the manufacturing industry. Major application areas are printing ink, explosives, polymer and coating industries.

West China is new but very potential huge market for Expancel China further development in following years, so far we have few sales there, we absolutely need our own person close to end customers to increase direct sales, technically support local distributors and make market survey expecially on new applications like UBC, Adhesive and Explosives.

Akzo Nobel Pulp and Performance Chemicals (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. is looking for a Sales Engineer based in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and visit companies which are or can be customers of Expancel;

- Continuously give feed back of information about marketing activities, competitors situation and other conditions that can be of interest to Expancel;

- Quality responsible for work performed;

- To portray the company at all times as a professional and technical leading company;
