任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，在生产制造型企业从事基层管理岗位2年及以上；

2、熟悉注塑产品加工工艺，熟悉电镀、涂装、注塑等任一工艺；熟悉ERP；
3、具备较强的沟通能力，团队管理能力；
4、接受过生产管理相关培训者更佳（如精益生产、jit、领导力、生产力提升等）
5、曾在台资、日资企业从事过的更佳；

6、能够适应白夜班倒班。
素质要求：
头脑灵活，思路清晰，有上进心，务实、能吃苦。

The Group is a leading supplier of exterior automobile body parts in China. It is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of trim, body structural parts and decorative parts for passenger cars in China, North America and Thailand. The Group also exports its products to global markets including Europe and Asia-pacific regions.
Since its founding, manufacturing facilities have been established in east, south, north, central and southwest China covering the major automakers in China. Globally, with the establishment of sales, program management and R&D network in the world’s major automobile markets such as Tokyo and Detroit, the Group has constantly expanded its exports to North America, Europe, Japan, Australia and Southeast Asia.
