Good knowledge of TS16949 QMS and quality management skills (Logic);

3. 熟悉注塑或喷涂工艺者优先；
Be experienced into Painting or Molding process be preferable;
4. 英语读写能力；

职位职责：
Job Responsibility:
1. 主导工厂质量持续改进和过程能力的提升；
Lead the plant quality improvement and process capability improvement;
2. 主导依据8D或其他同等工具的问题解决并标准化改进；
Lead the quality problem solving and standardized the efforts;
3. 工艺过程审核及其他形式的分层审核；
Lead the process audit and relative process checking;
4. 监控工厂质量相关的（in-process Poka-Yoke)放错实施及效果验证；
Monitor the process of the in-process Poka-Yoke by machine;
5. 识别和管理风险岗位，并制定标准化作业以及必要的培训监督；
Identify the quality risks and working stations, standardize the process and necessary training if neeses ;
6. 质量相关的KPI跟踪及分析、提升；
Efforts upon the quality relative KPI as the support to Plant Manager;
7. 质量团队的管理以及必要的客户沟通；
Daily management upon quality team and relative QC circles, including the necessary communication & report to customers;
8. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的其他工作；
Complete other assignments given by supervisors.5. 主导客户投诉，抱怨8D。
