职位描述
任职要求: 1. University degree, major in Business Management, Human Resources or related
2.Fluent English in both oral and written
3. minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in foreign invested manufacturing enterprise, preferably in electronics assembly field
4. familiar with labour and social security rules, experienced on ER issue dealing
5. excellent communication skill, also in international collaboration
职位职责: - Conducts interviews and tests based on company`s needs to choose and recruit good quality employees.
- Implement an effective staffing strategy , establish cost-effective recruitment channels and staffing processes;
- Be involved in the preparation and placement of advertisements in all channels, eg. job fairs, newspaper advertisements, internal transfer and headhunters.
- Conducts talents needs analysis within each department based on the firm`s business needs, and designs related recruiting plan and submit to leaders for approval.
- Assist to prepare & update JD and job specification for each position;
- Compose job offer, establish talent pool, conduct reference check ,exit interview and orientation;
- Analyzes the reasons of employee`s demission, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resources management of the company.
- Conducts market research to know about the approaches of attracting, using, retaining and educating talents by the firms within the same industry. Provides related information to help company`s leaders to design and adjust the strategies of human resources.
- Prepare & analyze periodic staffing, turnover data and organization chart;
- Participate in the implementation and development of staffing policies and procedures;
- Supervise junior level staffing professionals and assistants
- Coordinate and prepare periodic employee communication activities, and prepare HR events, activities;
- Assist to develop the communication channels and procedures;
- Administration and cooperation related to staffing and employee communication;
- Other duties assigned by direct manager
